• Program evaluation – evaluating the strengths and areas for improvement in the program including improving participant learning, program logistics, and value for money

Insight has significant experience with the Training and Education sector. Insight CEO, Dr Mark Griffin, has been a staff member and subcontractor at various university across Australia and overseas since 1996 (including the University of Queensland, Queensland University of Technology, Griffith University, Central Queensland University, McGill University in Montreal, and Stanford University in the USA). Mark also holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and is currently completing a Graduate Certificate in Professional Learning at Griffith University. Insight also has a close working relationship with a Registered Training Organization.

Insight is a Company Partner of the Research Society in Australia, and Insight CEO, Dr Mark Griffin, is certified as a Qualified Professional Researcher with the society.
